Hi. I was between the people that sent a claim to Kroll for LUNA/UST losses. I first sent the claim on April 2, 2025; then I was asked for additional information on August 14, which I sent on the 16th. From then on, I received ZERO updates. My claim is still in status "Additional Information Submitt
