塞舌尔证券交易所推出代币化证券交易
鸵鸟区块链 8月7日消息，据Coindesk报道，塞舌尔证券交易所刚刚推出了 代币化证券 交易，成为全球第一家上市代币化证券的证交所。 这家名为MERJ的交易所获得了塞舌尔金融服务管理局的授权，集证券交易所、清算机构和证券存托机构(CSD)于一身。 MERJ向CoinDesk透露，它将在今年晚些时候公开发行16%的代币化证券。此外，它还在与“几家公司”就在其平台上发行代币化证券的可能性进行讨论。
