鸵鸟区块链 8月13日消息，据人民日报， 上海市社会主义学院院长 发文表示 ， 推动新一轮上 海自由贸易试验区 改革试验在长三角的辐射效应，关键还在于改革创新。首先，模式要新，应当成为立足大国竞争面向海外资源的“经济特区”。其次，制度要新，应当成为国际最高标准和最好水平的“制度特区”。实行真正的“境内关外”政策，做到“一线完全放开、二线高效管住”。
