Layer 2 Star Project Arbitrum Launches, Will Rollup Scaling Solutions See New Progress?

The hottest "technical" event in the crypto space recently is undoubtedly the launch of Arbitrum. The reason is simple: last year Vitalik had already set the tone that Rollup would serve as ETH's main scaling solution for now, and in the future 2.0 sharding era, it will also work together with sharding to shoulder the historical responsibility of ETH's "global settlement layer".
